I liked that this location was perfect for me to walk everywhere I needed to go for food, events, etc. The room was clean and nice. I was hoping for a fridge or something, but those were not included. The bed was comfortable, so I could get a good night's rest.

No refrigerator in room. Had to have maintenance in 3 times for air. Elevators broken. Keys continually not working. Worst experience ever!

The staff went above and beyond to help. The beds were comfortable, and because of the central location, we were able to walk to restaurants, sites, and the opera house.
